About the Role

As a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting potential candidates while supporting various recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads Generation: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, job fairs, partnerships, and passive sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Prescreening: Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, interest, and fit before endorsement.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing recruitment vendors by coordinating requirements, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of candidate profiles.
• Sourcing Strategy Support: Recommend and implement sourcing strategies to improve candidate reach, quality, and speed of delivery.
• Branding Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to execute employer branding efforts, including content for job ads, social media campaigns, and events.
• Employee Referral Program: Help drive the referral program by promoting it internally, tracking leads, and engaging employees to participate.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and sourcing activities using internal tracking tools or ATS.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on sourcing trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sourcing experience in a BPO set-up
• With good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
