Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Apply Boolean and targeted search techniques to identify healthcare talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, communication, and job fit
• Present qualified candidates and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Manage multiple job orders, pipelines, and deadlines while meeting sourcing and hiring targets
• Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and clients
• Communicate job requirements and recruitment updates clearly and professionally
• Adjust sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and market conditions
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement

About the role

This role is 100% onsite and will support a US based client. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for healthcare roles while ensuring alignment with client requirements. This role is ideal for someone resilient, organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
