Job summary

Comrise is seeking a highly driven Sourcing Partner in the Philippines to identify hard-to-find talent and build strategic pipelines across BPO, corporate, technical, healthcare, and shared services sectors.

You will conduct end-to-end sourcing, run market intelligence, and use Boolean search across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source qualified candidates while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Experience with Talent Mapping, competitor mapping, and workforce market research.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search strings and X-ray search.
• Experience sourcing for volume hiring and niche roles.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Manatal, Ceipal.
• Excellent research, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and outreach to assess qualifications and interest.
• Track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights using ATS.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing strategy effectiveness, pipeline health, and talent market trends.

We are looking for a highly driven Sourcing Partner with strong experience in Talent Mapping, Boolean Search, and proactive candidate sourcing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying hard-to-find talent, conducting market research, and building strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end talent sourcing for multiple roles across various functions (BPO, corporate, technical, healthcare, or shared services).
• Perform talent mapping and market intelligence research to identify target companies, competitors, and talent pools.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, search engines, and social media platforms to source qualified active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and outreach to assess qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and interest in opportunities.
• Track sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular updates on sourcing strategy effectiveness, pipeline health, and talent market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Proven experience in Talent Mapping, competitor mapping, and workforce market research.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search strings, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, Kalibrr, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience sourcing for volume hiring and niche / hard-to-fill roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Manatal, Ceipal, or similar systems.
• Excellent research, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
