Job summary

SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking a Sourcing Supervisor to lead proactive talent sourcing for healthcare and healthcare-related accounts. You will oversee sourcers and recruitment coordinators, align with Hiring Managers and Vendors, and drive sourcing effectiveness to meet service levels.

The role emphasizes building pipelines, mapping markets, and managing performance metrics while ensuring compliance with data privacy and recruitment standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience in high-volume hiring within BPO, shared services, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Proven sourcing for Customer Service Representatives, Healthcare Associates, and Claims/Benefits Specialists.
• Experience managing sourcing teams and recruitment vendors preferred.
• High-volume recruitment expertise and healthcare talent sourcing.
• Talent mapping and market intelligence experience.
• Stakeholder management and team leadership.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, Seek, CRM/ATS, or Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring across healthcare accounts.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify opportunities.
• Develop creative sourcing initiatives via job boards, social platforms, events, referrals, and communities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sourcing specialists and coordinators.
• Monitor team productivity and sourcing metrics.
• Partner with Recruiters, Managers, Leaders, Workforce Planning, and HR to align hiring demands.
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns to attract healthcare talent.
• Track sourcing metrics like pipeline, time-to-submit, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and data privacy policies.
