MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Talent Sourcing Officer (Healthcare) for a hybrid, day-shift role based in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will develop sourcing strategies for healthcare talent and coach a team of Sourcing Specialists to meet delivery targets.

The role requires strong LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet usage, excellent English, and solid Excel reporting capabilities. Collaborative, growth-focused environment with pay aligned to market rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing (healthcare or RPO preferred).
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
