Job summary

Teleperformance Cebu is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to support talent acquisition across Visayas and Mindanao. You will generate qualified applicant leads through digital sourcing, build partnerships with LGUs, schools, community groups, and manage referral programs.

You will drive high-volume hiring for BPO, ensure accurate ATS records, and analyze sourcing metrics while collaborating with recruiters and managers. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume hiring or BPO recruitment is a plus.

• Strong networking and relationship management.

About the role

TP Cebu is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sourcing Specialist to support talent acquisition initiatives across our Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin) operations. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified applicant leads through digital sourcing channels, building strategic partnerships within the community, and driving both applicant and employee referral programs to meet hiring demands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies across various online platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking sites, to generate quality candidate leads.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with Local Government Units (LGUs), schools, universities, community organizations, and third-party vendors to drive sourcing initiatives and offsite recruitment activities.
• Manage and promote Applicant Referral Programs to maximize candidate-generated referrals and increase qualified applicant traffic.
• Drive participation in the Employee Referral Program (ERP) through internal campaigns, engagement activities, and referral tracking.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements across VisMin sites.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and profiling to determine qualifications and job fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Monitor and analyze sourcing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, show-up rates, pass rates, and referral performance.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners to align sourcing efforts with workforce requirements.
• Participate in job fairs, community events, virtual hiring activities, and campus recruitment programs.

About you

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, recruitment marketing, lead generation, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• Experience in high-volume hiring, BPO recruitment, or contact center recruitment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and individuals with strong sourcing, sales, marketing, or business development exposure are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience utilizing sourcing channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other digital recruitment platforms.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills with the ability to establish partnerships with external stakeholders and community organizations.
• Experience managing or promoting referral programs is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bisaya.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
