Refinette Cosmetic Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Sourcing Specialist based in Guiguinto, Bulacan to lead supplier onboarding, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials for its manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize procurement processes, analyze data for cost savings, and maintain accurate records reporting sourcing activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in procurement or sourcing roles, preferably in manufacturing (health and beauty) industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and identify cost-saving opportunities.

About the role

As a Sourcing Specialist with Refinette Cosmetic Manufacturing Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in the company's procurement processes. Based in Guiguinto Bulacan, this full-time position will see you responsible for identifying and onboarding new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and components essential to our manufacturing operations.
