Conduent Batangas is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates through various sourcing channels while building strong talent pipelines to support hiring needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, and other job boards
• Experience in high-volume hiring is an advantage
• Can start ASAP
• Must be residing in Batangas or nearby areas

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and talent mapping
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate screening methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong data management and reporting skills
