• Sound knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Professional engineering license or certification.
