Job summary
The VITO Group is seeking an experienced Procurement / Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and purchasing operations in a manufacturing setting.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–8 years in procurement, 3+ years of managerial experience, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. Location Edsa, Munoz, Philippines. Salary ₱100,000/month.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
- 5–8 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Experience in plastics, packaging, FMCG, or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of polymer resin/chemical sourcing, importation, customs procedures, and Incoterms is an advantage.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
