Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator to strengthen procurement strategy, manage cross-functional workflows, and optimize sourcing across Meal Kit and RTE brands. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain data integrity, and support pricing and invoicing processes in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with purchasing leaders and cross-functional teams to support procurement strategy initiatives across our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) brands.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
• Manage pricing updates, SKU data, and product specifications across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Support invoicing processes by tracking credits, rebates, and following up on outstanding items to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist in resolving operational escalations related to supply chain, inventory, product quality, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate new product launches by aligning pricing, inventory, logistics, and system readiness with business requirements.
• Monitor product quality and key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic sourcing initiatives, market intelligence efforts, and product optimization projects.
