Job summary

HelloConnect is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support procurement strategy and optimize supply chain operations for our Meal Kit and Ready-to-Eat brands. You’ll partner with purchasing leaders, coordinate cross-functional processes, and ensure data accuracy.

You’ll manage vendor onboarding, pricing updates, SKU data, and product specs across systems, assist invoicing, resolve escalations, and support strategic sourcing with market insights.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement strategy initiatives with cross-functional teams.

• Assist in resolving supply chain, inventory, quality, and vendor performance escalations.
