HelloConnect in Manila is seeking a Procurement Team Leader to drive performance and manage a dynamic procurement team. You will oversee day-to-day activities, assign tasks, and coach team members to optimize efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within a global BPO setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.

As a Procurement Team Leader, you will take on a key responsibility in leading and managing a team, ensuring they achieve their performance goals and contribute effectively to organisational objectives, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
• Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.
• Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
• Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Experience in SOP development and implementation.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and feedback skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Google Workspace, inventory management, and transportation management systems.
• Experience using AI tools is a plus.
