Job summary

SHIELD is seeking a Pre-sales Engineer to act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients. You will drive POC initiatives, deliver customised demos, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SHIELD solutions.

You will maintain strong client relationships, provide white-glove service, and support post-sales activities including renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
• 4+ years in client facing or presales engineering roles in B2B software/SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical POCs as a primary technical SPOC with clients.
• Deliver demos and tailor data models to client use cases.
• Coordinate with sales, product and engineering to support adoption and renewal.
• Provide high-quality technical support and proactive analytics to customers.
• Represent SHIELD as the face of the company during client interactions.
