Job summary

TrustDecision, a fast-growing unicorn FinTech, seeks an experienced consultant to deliver IT solutions in risk management and anti-fraud. You will support sales with pre‑sales consults, deliver business presentations, and help plan benchmarks and POCs while collaborating across teams.

You will develop market expansion strategies and provide feedback to product teams, leveraging your knowledge in risk management, big data, and AI to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of risk management, big data, machine learning, data mining, AI, modeling.
• Over 3 years of experience in solutions or consulting, fintech risk preferred.
• Strong pre‑sales expertise with understanding of fintech risk management trends.
• Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to communicate across departments and collaborate within teams.
• Rich experience in pre‑sales consulting and bidding processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT consulting and solution services to enterprise clients.
• Assist sales with pre‑sales consulting and industry trends.
• Provide pre‑sales and technical support for projects, planning and demos.
• Develop sales tools including industry solutions and client case studies.
• Train sales personnel on product knowledge and industry insights.
• Assist delivery team with customer requirements and project acceptance.
• Coordinate POC projects, manage testing progress and reporting.
• Assist planning and execution of marketing campaigns and regional expansion.
• Feedback product needs to improve market share.
