Job summary

Job Description

As Solution Design Manager, you will oversee the intake process, design end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions, and manage project oversight across the company’s global service delivery. You will ensure solution requirements are understood and defined, create and maintain design documents, and establish technology roadmaps and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake process and oversee end‑to‑end infrastructure solution design.
• Ensure complete solution requirements are understood and defined prior to design.
• Lead solution design for all service providers, both internal and external.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure Design Documents, Build Documents, and related artefacts.
• Establish and maintain technology roadmaps and infrastructure standards in partnership with GIS towers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any stream (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of BPO/BPM experience.
• Experience in customer service operations in a managerial role.
• Prior solution design experience preferred.
• Able to work graveyard shift.
