Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Makati is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive revenue by blending technical expertise with consultative selling for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

You will handle the full sales cycle from site assessment to proposal and deal closing, with preferred experience in solar energy and related industries. The role requires onsite work in Makati, field visits across Luzon, and strong collaboration with engineering and procurement teams to tailor energy solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical sales within solar energy, renewable energy, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and configurations; inverters, storage, and basic electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients and recommend solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions.
• Conduct technical consultations and translate requirements into practical energy solutions.
• Perform site assessments of roof/ground conditions and electrical infrastructure.
• Develop preliminary solar designs, energy yield estimates, cost-benefit analyses, quotations and proposals.
• Manage client relationships through end-to-end sales cycle from lead gen to deal closing.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, proposals and progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering for handover and alignment with project requirements.
