Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in technical sales within solar/renewable energy.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, storage, and EV charging.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel across Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients and assess energy requirements for solar PV, storage, and EV charging solutions.
• Conduct technical consultations and presentations translating requirements into viable energy solutions.
• Perform site assessments of roof/ground conditions, electrical infrastructure, shading, and feasibility.
• Develop preliminary solar designs, energy yield estimates, cost-benefit analyses, quotations, and proposals.
• Manage client relationships from lead generation to proposal and deal closing.
• Identify customer needs and provide commercially feasible solutions balancing tech and cost.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, proposals, and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to align proposed solutions with project requirements.
