Job summary

ICB Outsourcing is seeking an Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to contact prospective Australian customers and qualify opportunities for solar and battery solutions. You will perform outbound calling, capture accurate data, and strive to meet lead-generation goals with strong English communication.

The role involves CRM data management, adherence to scripts and privacy rules, and participation in daily coaching and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous outbound sales, cold-calling, appointment setting or lead-generation experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting Australian customers or campaigns is highly regarded.
• Excellent spoken English and confident telephone communication skills.
• Strong rapport-building, questioning and objection-handling ability.
• Comfortable working toward activity and results-based goals.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or dialler systems.
• Solar, energy, utilities or telecommunications experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using client-provided dialler, data and systems.
• Introduce the campaign professionally and build rapport with prospective customers.
• Use the approved script while keeping conversations customer-focused.
• Handle objections confidently and respectfully.
• Follow qualification criteria and capture customer details accurately.
• Identify eligible prospects and generate qualified leads or appointments.
• Record call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information and follow escalation processes.
• Meet call, contact, quality and lead-generation goals.
• Participate in daily huddles, coaching and campaign updates.
• Follow scripts, processes and privacy requirements.
