Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Lead Generation Agent to support the Bright AU pilot. You will conduct outbound phone and email outreach to Australian accounting practices, identify fit for Bright Workpapers, and book consultations with Greg Deacon, Bright's Head of Sales for Australia.

Your objective is to open doors, qualify accurately, and pass warm, well-documented leads to Greg, with every interaction logged in Bright's CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound phone-based sales or telemarketing.
• Familiarity with the Australian accounting/professional services market is a plus.
• Ability to work from a script while guiding conversations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Disciplined data logging of calls, outcomes and details.

Responsibilities

• Outbound phone outreach to Australian accounting practices following the script.
• Send personalised outbound emails using the provided templates.
• Collect and record prospect details: practice name, location, size, contact, software and workload.
• Create interest using Bright's AI capability and propose a short consultation with Greg Deacon.
• Qualify prospects against criteria and log outcomes and next steps.
