Job summary

Treantly is seeking a Solar Operations Support specialist in the Philippines to monitor and maintain commercial solar assets. The role involves remote troubleshooting, coordinating with clients, vendors and technicians, and escalating field dispatch when necessary.

You will work across platforms like SolarEdge, Enphase, Fronius and SMA, with CRM tools such as Zoho, and must communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Opportunities for growth and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solar/energy monitoring across operations, service, asset-management, or performance-monitoring roles.
• Experience with SolarEdge, Enphase, Fronius, and SMA, plus fleet aggregators or energy platforms such as EnSights, AlsoEnergy, or Stem.
• Direct experience supporting commercial assets and communicating with asset owners or property management groups.
• Experience coordinating large-scale projects at a project-management or project-coordination level.
• Experience using a CRM or comparable work-management platform; Zoho preferred.
• Strong English communication for frequent calls with clients, vendors, technicians and internal teams.
• Ability to decide if an issue needs field dispatch or can be resolved remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar assets.
• Monitor solar systems using performance data, alerts, and history.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely before field service is required.
• Identify remote fixes or manufacturer support to reduce truck rolls.
• Determine when dispatch is necessary due to safety or production impact.
• Coordinate service activities with clients, vendors, technicians and internal teams.
• Communicate technical issues and next steps clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of service issues, steps taken and resolutions.
• Support project coordination from issue identification through resolution.
