Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a Service Network Dispatcher in Pasig to coordinate and dispatch Field Service Partners for residential solar system troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring timely service and a seamless customer experience.

You will review requests, manage work orders in CRM, assign tasks to partners, and monitor ticket progress while communicating updates to support teams. The role requires strong attention to detail and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience in dispatch coordination or similar roles is a plus.
• Background in photovoltaic (solar) or civil construction is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and typing speed of 50+ WPM.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch coordination: review and triage incoming service requests, create and manage work orders in CRM, assign requests to field partners, monitor ticket status, collect site visit reports and photos.
• Internal communication: provide timely updates to Customer Service and Technical Support, ensure ticket information is accurate, support cross-team collaboration with clear communication.
• Meetings & collaboration: participate in weekly service network meetings, attend cross-departmental meetings, join bi-weekly company-wide meetings as required.
