We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Solar Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Australian solar client.
This role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring jobs, maintaining accurate records, supporting invoicing and billing processes, and handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple priorities, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working with different software systems.
Assist with invoicing support and basic billing processes, with training provided for candidates without prior experience.
Track jobs and monitor progress to help ensure timely completion.
Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Perform detailed administrative processing and data entry tasks.
Maintain and update the master list, ensuring all information and details are accurate
Ensure records are properly maintained and administrative information is easily accessible.
Coordinate information across different systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Monitor job and administrative information across Pylon, GreenDeal, Teamup, and ServiceM8.
Handle various ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, operations, coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willing and able to work onsite from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
Comfortable learning and working with different software systems and platforms quickly.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple email accounts and respond to tasks in a timely manner
Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while collaborating closely with the client’s internal team in Australia.
