Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to provide Level 1 helpdesk assistance and collaborate with developers on small projects.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates with basic programming knowledge and a willingness to take on both support and development tasks, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
• Familiarity with databases or SQL is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to handle both helpdesk support and development-related tasks.
