Job summary

Questronix Corporation in the Philippines is hiring a junior IT Helpdesk specialist to provide Level 1 support for system access, connectivity, and basic issues. You will monitor servers, applications, and performance, and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including networks and cloud environments.

You will also help with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins, deployments, updates, and backups, while documenting configurations and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Linux or Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to handle both helpdesk and infra tasks.
