Job description

Responsibilities

• Provides support through design, development, implementation and maintenance of the company's internally developed application services
• Analyzes program performance and correct deficiencies base on consultation with users and approval of Management and Information Technology Services (MITS) of affiliate company
• Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes. Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions
• Maintains programming documentations (e.g. user manuals, installation, procedures, system specifications, etc.) and related systems development group works are properly and strictly documented and archived
• Clarifies program intent, problems, and suggest possible changes in order to meet user needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in programming or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in software algorithm design, software performance tuning, software debugging, software development fundamentals, software documentation, software testing
• Competent in any of the following programming languages (i.e. C-language and Fox Pro OR Visual Basic .NET, Visual Basic 6, SQL Server 2000 Database Design, Crystal Report, ASP, .NET framework, etc.)
• Adept in website designing, net programming and editor tools (i.e. MS FrontPage, Flash, Dreamweaver)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
