Job summary

Wook Global PH is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to drive growth on TikTok, Shopee and Lazada. The role is based on-site in Manila, with responsibility for managing campaigns, setting targets, and delivering data-driven strategies to improve online sales.

You will work with the sales team to optimize performance on major ecommerce platforms, analyzing metrics and ensuring budget adherence. 1+ year experience and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience handling Shopee, Lazada and TikTok shops.
• Knowledge in implementing online promotional concepts.
• Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Juan Luna Street Tondo, Manila City.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales performance of ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok).
• Manage campaigns such as pay day and double digit sale events (10:10, 11:11, 12:12).
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve online platform sales performance.
• Set targets and track for each campaign.
• Provide analysis and reporting on weekly/monthly sales by channel, new product sell-through and offer code performance.
• Audit online platform charges and payments and submit monthly budget reports.
• Analyze data to deliver data-driven strategies to improve sales and KPIs.
