Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support planning, execution, and scaling of affiliate campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms in Manila.

You will source and onboard affiliate creators, manage campaigns, monitor performance metrics like clicks, conversions, and GMV, and collaborate with Talent, Influencer, Finance, and Ads teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related field required; open to fresh graduates.
Experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with affiliate metrics such as clicks, conversions, commissions, sales, and GMV is helpful.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and onboard affiliate creators and partners.
Manage affiliate campaigns, promotions, and deadlines.
Monitor affiliate performance, including clicks, conversions, sales, and GMV.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
Coordinate affiliate content, links, product samples, and campaign requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams including Talent, Influencer, Finance, and Ads.
Maintain accurate affiliate databases, reports, and campaign documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve affiliate performance and campaign results.
