Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in technical customer service or helpdesk.
• Strong technical aptitude with fault-finding and problem-solving.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical docs.
• Clear verbal and written English for customer interactions.
• Customer-focused with good phone/email communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support to customers and dealers via phone, email, and Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot product issues, diagnose faults, and guide installations.
• Assess issues and advise on product suitability for customer applications.
• Maintain support docs and knowledge base; identify recurring issues.
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and training.
• Handle Australian phone inquiries and may assist USA tech support.
• Develop hands-on product knowledge through wiring, testing, and configuration.
