This role follows Australian working hours from Manila (BGC) with a full-time, remote setup. Experience with Salesforce and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Ability to ask probing questions to uncover customer needs.
• Strong time management and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Adaptable, accountable, and committed to high-quality service.
