AS White Global Pty in Manila is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist customers, dealers, and installers with 12V power solutions and BMPRO products. You will troubleshoot issues, diagnose faults, and guide installation and product usage.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in technical customer service or support.
Strong technical aptitude with fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Provide technical product support to customers and dealers via phone, email, and Zendesk tickets.
Troubleshoot product issues, diagnose faults, and guide installation and usage.
Assess issues and advise on product suitability for customer applications.
Maintain knowledge bases and suggest process improvements.
Participate in meetings, training, and dealer support activities as required.
Support Australian customer inquiries with 3CX and occasional USA support as needed.
