Responsibilities

• Resolve customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and portals within SLAs.
• Maintain records of interactions, installations, and reported bugs for follow-up actions.
• Investigate recurring technical issues to improve system reliability.
• Perform remote troubleshooting including Windows updates and firewall configurations.
• Manage device health and licensing, and oversee software installation/uninstallation.
• Create and update helpdesk tickets and track incidents through lifecycle.
