Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Building Engineer in Metro Manila to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety controls, ensuring operations meet client standards.

You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with energy management, and support safety compliance while coordinating with the Engineering and Technical Services team. Licensed EE/ME with 1–2 years FM experience required; data center background a plus; physical

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling systems to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations and safety directives for building operations.
• Manage energy usage and pursue preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Review building systems like fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing to ensure proper operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge with teammates and coach others within the function.
