You will implement preventive maintenance, support energy management, and ensure compliance with codes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with relevant facilities management experience.
• Ability to analyze information and exercise judgment for building operations.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Coordinate energy management practices for efficient operation.
