Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain machine functionality and respond promptly to machine issues (hand pays, jackpots, malfunctions).
• Place 'Out of Order' signs on broken machines and notify technicians for repairs.
• Engage with slot customers to foster positive relationships.
• Regularly patrol assigned areas and respond swiftly to guest concerns and machine service needs.
• Assist guests with gaming machines and provide information about casino events and services.
• Escalate guest concerns to supervisors as needed and support operations.
