Asia Select, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day site operations at our Clark, Pampanga facility.

You will act as the on-site representative, align staffing with demand, and drive productivity, quality and regulatory compliance across teams. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and English communication skills, along with a proven track record in BPO/shared services environments.

Qualifikationen

• You must have 7+ years of experience in operations, site management, or similar leadership roles.
• You must have at least 3 years of people management, including coaching and development.
• You must have experience managing site operations and service delivery in BPO/shared services.
• You must have strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• You must have problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
• You must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• You must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily site operations ensuring compliance with standards and governance.
• Align staffing with operational demand and performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and workforce performance to drive excellence.
• Identify and resolve operational risks and disruptions impacting productivity.
• Ensure equipment and tools are available and ready to support operations.
• Coordinate with external partners for facilities and infrastructure upkeep.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, performance, and compliance across teams.
• Lead coaching and workforce development initiatives.
• Conduct regular briefings and operational reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for operational and people issues with timely reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, WFM, Training, and leadership teams.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership review.
• Drive continuous improvement for productivity, quality, and customer experience.
