Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Team Manager – Healthcare (Onsite) in the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines. You will lead healthcare ops teams to hit service targets, coach staff, and drive improvements while ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2+ years in team management within healthcare or BPO, strong analytics, and proficiency with Excel and office tools. On-site role with emphasis on performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Team Manager/supervisor role in BPO/healthcare ops.
• Strong coaching, performance mgmt and employee development skills.
• Familiar with KPI, SLA, AHT, CSAT metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet/exceed KPIs and service levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development conversations.
• Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, attrition, and quality metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvement plans.
