Swak BPO Corp. in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, coach teams, and ensure performance standards are met across the unit. You will monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety, while applying policies and driving best practices.

The role emphasizes staffing, onboarding, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Has 3–5 years of experience in operations, team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Adept at conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborative with a strong team orientation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance standards and KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safety metrics; address gaps proactively.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational issues, escalations, and workflow challenges in a timely manner.
• Partner with HR, Quality, Training, Recruitment as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and performance management.
