About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join 99 workforce inc. in a full-time capacity. Based in Calawis, Antipolo City, Rizal, this is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. As Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind project success, managing teams, coordinating resources and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety across all construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily construction operations and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines and budgets
• Manage and supervise site personnel, including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and incident investigations as required
• Coordinate the delivery, storage and utilisation of materials and equipment on site
• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with project objectives
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports, progress logs and safety records
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to uphold construction standards
• Control site expenses and manage budgets to optimise cost efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management or similar senior on-site role
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols and local building codes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse workforces
• Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between project sites
• Relevant qualifications such as a Construction Management degree, OSHA certification or equivalent health and safety credentials
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and cost control is highly desirable
