Job summary

Lucworth Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Project-in-charge / Site Architect to oversee construction projects in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines, from inception through completion. You will be the on-site lead ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires 4–8 years of site supervision experience, strong knowledge of local codes, and proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Architect or Civil Engineer PRC license is a plus.
• Minimum 4-8 years of site supervision experience on construction projects in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations applicable in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and maintain detailed records of daily activities, materials, labor, and equipment usage.
• Conduct regular inspections of structural elements, concrete work, and building systems to verify quality standards and specifications are met.
• Manage site safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
• Liaise between the main office, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection records, and documentation as required by management and clients.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges that arise during construction.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory on-site to ensure project continuity.
• Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and prepare handover documentation upon project completion.
• Support cost control measures and contribute to maintaining project budgets.

About you
