The ideal candidate has 5+ years in site management, strong leadership, and proficiency in construction management software and MS Office. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management or similar senior on-site role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure alignment with specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Lead site personnel and subcontractors, promoting safety and professionalism.
• Monitor progress and implement actions to maintain schedule and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct safety briefings.
