About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. This is a key supervisory position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects on site. You will work closely with the Site Supervisor and project management team to oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure that all work meets quality specifications and project timelines. Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating construction work activities on site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety regulations

• Monitoring worker productivity and performance, providing guidance and feedback to ensure quality workmanship

• Maintaining accurate records of daily site activities, labour hours, equipment usage and material deliveries
