About the role

HYOLIM INC is seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Calamba City, Laguna. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As Site Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position is central to our commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects and represents a key leadership role within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and manage all on-site activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines




• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship




• Monitor project budgets and control costs whilst maintaining quality standards and minimising waste




• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices




• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure work meets specifications and contract requirements




• Prepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and compliance records




• Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues promptly




• Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery of resources to the site




• Address and resolve on-site challenges, including safety incidents, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns




• Train and mentor site staff to promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

• BS Mechanical Engineer




• Practical experience in Plant and Piping installation and equipment installation is REQUIRED.




• At least 10 years' experience in construction site management or a similar supervisory role within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, equipment, and industry standards




• Excellent project planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously




• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications




• Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, including relevant local Philippine construction codes




• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships

• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications




• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Electrical, Design , Quality or a related field is highly desirable
