Job summary

DOZA Group Inc is seeking an HR Supervisor to manage day-to-day people operations for office staff and project-based site workers, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor law and building scalable HR systems.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, government remittances, labor compliance, and employee relations, with site visits to project zones in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years HR Generalist experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with payroll and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Working knowledge of the Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based workforces is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate hiring for office, engineering and site roles.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts and project employment contracts.
• Run onboarding: 201 files, pre-employment requirements, and orientation.
