Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking a Site HR/Timekeeper to oversee timekeeping, payroll processing and HR support at project sites in Caloocan. The role includes managing biometrics data, preparing payroll documents, and maintaining worker records.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical/communication skills. Willingness to work on-site with accommodation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, BS Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR/payroll or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned to Caloocan City with free accommodation.
• Willing to commute/relocate near Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping and payroll: extracts time entries, submits payroll docs, verifies biometrics and timesheets.
• Payroll support: issues pay slips and statements of earnings/deductions.
• Recruitment & manpower: posts vacancies, screens applicants, conducts interviews and manages onboarding.
• Records management: maintains 201 file data and updates payroll records.
• Labor relations & compliance: supports resolution of worker concerns and prepares DOLE reports.
• Other admin tasks: attends toolbox talks and assists project admin.
