Responsibilities

• Identifies, negotiates, and acquires new feasible sites in line with the store development plan targets.
• Facilitate completely and on-time review, recommendation, and documentation (lease contract, new store site package, lessor requirements, initial due diligence, etc.) for new and existing stores.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Maintain linkage with established contacts with lessors, mall developers, and real estate brokers.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
