Job summary

Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc is seeking a real estate professional in the Philippines to identify and negotiate new store sites, align with the store development plan, and maintain partnerships with lessors and mall developers.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, negotiates, and acquires new feasible sites in line with the store development plan targets.
• Facilitate review, recommendation, and documentation for leases, new store site packages, lessor requirements, and due diligence.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Maintain linkage with established contacts with lessors, mall developers, and real estate brokers.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
