• Experience in site selection and store network development for at least 1 year is preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Search for and select sites for new store branches, sub-branches, or kiosks.
• Survey potential sites and conduct feasibility studies (location, P&L, competition).
• Negotiate with landlords on commercial terms and coordinate with legal to finalize leasing agreements.
