Offsure Global Outsourcing INC. is seeking a hands-on Simpro Developer to join our Clark, Pampanga team. You will configure, customize, and optimize the Simpro platform to meet business needs and streamline workflows.

You will work closely with users and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement integrations with other business systems. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 2–4 years of hands-on Simpro experience in a development, configuration, admin, or support role.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Simpro.
• Strong understanding of Simpro workflows and business processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic SQL or database knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and improve the Simpro platform based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, fields, reports, and system configurations.
• Support the integration of Simpro with other business systems and applications.
• Work with APIs and data to support system integrations and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Simpro-related technical and system issues.
• Investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
• Create and maintain reports and data outputs for business users.
• Assist with data management, system updates, and user access.
• Work with users to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Test new configurations, integrations, and system changes before implementation.
• Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Simpro users.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and automate repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers when required.
