SimCorp Manila is seeking a Global Support consultant to assist clients worldwide, debugging C#/.NET and APL modules, and providing solid code solutions for complex issues. You will collaborate across product and development teams to resolve client challenges and improve system stability.

You will work with business consultants and other developers to analyze code paths, replicate issues, and communicate resolutions. This role requires APAC/EMEA shift hours in a hybrid Manila office setup.

Formación

• 7–10+ years in C#.Net with WinForms experience.
• Experience supporting desktop applications and debugging.
• Understanding of .NET framework and OOP concepts.
• Ability to read and analyze complex code and collaborate with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Debugging C# & APL code and coding fixes for crashes and bugs.
• Provide high-quality code solutions to fix existing functionality.
• Work with consultants and developers to evaluate and solve client issues.
• Assist business consultants by explaining how the code works.
• Investigate performance issues in C# & APL modules and resolve them.
• Replicate client issues in internal environments for analysis.
• Interface with product support and clients onsite or remotely.
• Be a key liaison between Support, Central Product, and clients.
• Based in Manila, with occasional weekends/public holidays and extended hours.
